Cheese and Cracker Snack Box

Ingredients

• Savoury crackers200 g
• Block cheese200 g
• Cherry tomatoes200 g
• Cucumber150 g
• Sultanas80 g

Method

1. Cut the cheese into small cubes or short batons — anything a child can eat without a knife.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the cucumber into thick coins.
3. Pack the crackers in their own corner of the box so the tomato does not soften them.
4. Add a small handful of sultanas as the sweet part instead of a second biscuit.
5. Assemble it the night before, but keep the crackers separate until morning if the box is not divided.
