Cheesy Vegemite Scrolls

Ingredients
- SR flour — 2 cup300 g
- natural Greek yoghurt — 2 cup520 g
- butter100 g
- Vegemite1 ea
- cheese50 g
- egg1 ea
- splash of milk1 ea
Method
- Combine SR flour and natural Greek yoghurt.
- Roll flat, adding more flour to avoid stickiness.
- Smooth over some butter, Vegemite and a light sprinkle of cheese.
- Roll up and slice into 2cm rounds.
- Brush with egg wash (one egg and a splash of milk).
- Sprinkle some more cheese on top.
- Bake at 180c for 20mins or until golden brown.
