Fluffy vegan pancakes made with whole wheat flour and bursting with s'mores flavor thanks to graham cracker crumbs, vegan marshmallows, and melty semisweet chocolate.

- whole-wheat pastry flour120 g
- graham crackers — finely crushed25 g
- sugar — 1 tbsp17 g
- baking powder — 1 ½ tsp6.8 g
- sea salt — a pinch0.4 g
- unsweetened almond milk240 ml
- vegan butter — 1 tbsp; melted18 g
- vanilla extract — 1 tsp5 ml
- dairy-free chocolate chips40 g
- vegan mini marshmallows10 g
Method
- Preheat an electric skillet to 300 degrees F (148 C) or a warm a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add flour, graham flour, sugar, baking powder and sea salt to a large mixing bowl and whisk.
